Position Title: Director of Non-Profit Organization Management

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Non-Profit Organization Management to lead our organization to new heights. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our non-profit organization, including strategic planning, financial management, program development, and team management. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong leader with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the organization's mission and goals
• Oversee all financial aspects of the organization including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and government agencies
• Lead and mentor a team of staff members and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of organizational objectives
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set and implement organizational policies and procedures
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through grants, donations, and fundraising events
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure the organization's impact and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Represent the organization at public events and serve as a spokesperson for its mission and goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within a non-profit organization
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans and achieving organizational goals
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Passion for the organization's mission and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the community
• Knowledge of non-profit regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
