Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our growing team. As the Outsourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's outsourcing operations. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential outsourcing opportunities, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of outsourced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential outsourcing opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement outsourcing strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay updated on industry developments and identify new outsourcing opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of outsourced projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop project requirements and timelines for outsourced projects.
• Monitor and track the progress of outsourced projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Review vendor performance and provide feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain outsourcing budget, monitor expenses, and report on cost savings.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing management, preferably in a global organization.
• In-depth knowledge of outsourcing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and Contract management skills.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outsourced projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
