Key Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces in all areas of the home or commercial property
Ensure all rooms are cleaned and organized according to established standards
Change bed linens and make beds
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs
Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
Replenish supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products, as needed
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients
Ensure confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays if needed
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
