Job Title: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization and enhance the learning experience for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create engaging and impactful learning materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop learning content that aligns with those objectives.
• Design and develop learning materials using a variety of instructional strategies and delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, and job aids.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in the development of learning solutions.
• Incorporate interactive and engaging elements, such as scenarios, case studies, and assessments, to promote active learning and retention.
• Ensure learning materials are visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Review and provide feedback on learning materials created by other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and learning and incorporate them into the development of learning solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience with content authoring tools.
• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and provide feedback.
• Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
