Position: Education Program Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various educational programs to support the growth and development of our students. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with program directors and teachers to create curriculum and lesson plans
- Schedule and coordinate program activities, including workshops, seminars, and field trips
- Monitor program progress and track student outcomes to ensure program effectiveness
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and expand reach
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, volunteers, and interns
- Develop and maintain relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey
- Develop and manage program budget and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful educational programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Knowledge of program evaluation and assessment techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Passion for education and commitment to improving student outcomes
