Position: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing innovative educational materials and programs. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as a passion for education and curriculum design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective curriculum materials for a variety of educational programs, including online courses, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct thorough research to identify current and emerging trends in education, as well as best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Design and develop learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities that align with program goals and objectives.
• Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for learners of all ages and backgrounds.
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for new educational programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to curriculum materials.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in education and instructional design, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our curriculum.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
