Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure timely and efficient production of robotic products.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor production workers on production techniques, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize product design for efficient production.
• Set production goals and track performance metrics to ensure production targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed to maintain production flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the production facility.
• Investigate and resolve any production issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
• Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a production supervisor or management role, preferably in a robotics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team to meet production targets.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using production software and tools.
• Knowledge of robotics technology and programming is an asset.
