About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality output. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met, and all processes are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of production workers to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production processes.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any production-related issues.
• Train and onboard new production workers and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure materials and supplies are readily available for production.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth production processes.
• Implement and maintain production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management on production performance, efficiency, and cost.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement best practices and improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
