Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data patterns and identify potential areas for improvement
Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless integration and availability of data for machine learning models
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy
Monitor and evaluate model performance on an ongoing basis and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of machine learning and incorporate them into our processes and solutions
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy machine learning models into production and ensure scalability and reliability
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Continuously analyze and improve existing machine learning systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
Experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasets
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
