We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including planning and coordinating all project activities
• Monitor and control project costs, including preparing cost estimates, budgets, and change orders
• Manage project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to minimize project delays and costs
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Frequent travel to project sites and client meetings
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Exposure to construction sites and outdoor weather conditions
