Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Culinary Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on various culinary topics, analyzing data, and providing insightful recommendations to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food, excellent research and analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on current and emerging culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and insights
• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop research plans and methodologies
• Conduct surveys and interviews with chefs, food experts, and other industry professionals
• Attend food events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on the latest trends and gather valuable insights
• Compile and organize data into comprehensive reports and presentations
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to stay informed about the latest developments
• Provide recommendations and insights to clients based on research findings
• Stay updated on industry regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant information
• Continuously monitor and track food trends and provide regular updates to the team and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in culinary research or a related field
• Passion for food and a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to gather and analyze data from various sources and present it in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant research and data analysis tools
• Willingness to travel to attend events and conferences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus
