Job Title: Production Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
• Create production schedules and ensure that all orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of production workers, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that all products meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to order materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with production management software and systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
