Job Overview: As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. You will work closely with various departments, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely product availability. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of products
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Update inventory records and track product movements in the system
• Communicate inventory levels and potential shortages to relevant departments
• Collaborate with sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
• Work closely with logistics team to coordinate product shipments and deliveries
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management
• Train new employees on inventory management processes and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures related to inventory control
• Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or excess inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
