Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Passenger Transport Operations Director to oversee the daily operations and strategic planning for our transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the transportation industry, with a focus on passenger transport, and a proven track record of success in managing large-scale operations. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our passenger transport operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our transportation services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and reliable services are provided to our customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations managers, supervisors, and other staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high levels of performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, safety, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and manage the department budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to maintain positive relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Lead the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in transportation management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale passenger transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
