Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Medical Device Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our medical devices, from ideation to launch and beyond. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the medical device industry, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and gather insights to identify needs and opportunities for new medical devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to bring new products to market
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet regulatory and quality standards
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform product positioning
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans and launch strategies for new products
• Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators
• Monitor post-launch product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage product lifecycle and make recommendations for product updates or discontinuation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to inform product development and strategy
• Act as a key liaison between the company and key opinion leaders, thought leaders, and other external stakeholders
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device product management
• Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulations and market trends
• Proven experience in developing and launching successful medical devices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
