Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to develop workshop content and curriculum that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Lead workshops and activities that encourage participants to think creatively and outside the box
Create a positive and inclusive environment for participants to explore their creativity
Provide guidance and support to participants through the creative process
Utilize various techniques and activities to inspire and stimulate creativity
Evaluate workshop outcomes and make necessary adjustments for future workshops
Maintain a safe and organized workshop space
Communicate effectively with participants, team members, and management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into workshop content
Assist in marketing and promoting workshops to attract participants
Handle administrative tasks such as registration, scheduling, and managing workshop materials and supplies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Fine Arts, Design, Education)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating workshops or teaching in a creative field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge and understanding of various creative techniques and tools
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Passion for creativity and inspiring others to explore their creative potential
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Experience in event planning and marketing is a plus
