Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Dairy Product Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Dairy Product Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of dairy products to clients, including retail stores, restaurants, and other food service establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for the dairy industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and promote brand awareness.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the dairy industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

• This is a field-based position, requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate various types of terrain.
