Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to our company's specifications. You will also be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. This role requires excellent programming skills, a strong understanding of web development processes, and a passion for creating innovative and engaging websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure websites are delivered on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development process
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure website security and data protection
• Continuously improve and update existing websites as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation
• Experience with back-end development using languages such as PHP, Python or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal or Joomla
• Familiarity with SEO principles
• Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
