About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and developing renewable energy projects, providing technical expertise, and overseeing the implementation of renewable energy systems. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful design, installation, and operation of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and feasibility studies on potential renewable energy projects, considering factors such as location, cost, and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with engineers and other experts to develop detailed plans and specifications for renewable energy systems.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of existing renewable energy systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all renewable energy systems are designed and installed according to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor the progress of renewable energy projects, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess the feasibility of renewable energy projects.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and management.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in renewable energy technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and preparing technical reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
