Position: Education Program Coordinator

Location: Kyoto Polytechnic University

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs, including curriculum development, program evaluation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify program goals, objectives, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with instructors and facilitators to ensure program materials and resources are prepared and delivered effectively.
• Schedule and organize program events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process of program participants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs.
• Ensure all program participants receive necessary materials and resources in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide excellent customer service to participants.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance our programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of educational program development and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
