Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and businesses.
Plan and execute events, campaigns, and programs to engage the community and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of community engagement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze community feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a liaison between the company and the community, addressing concerns and addressing any issues that may arise.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local community and its needs to inform engagement strategies.
Develop and manage budgets for community engagement initiatives.
Provide regular reports on community engagement activities and their impact on the company's goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in event planning and execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Knowledge of community engagement best practices.
