About the Role: As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support Impact Givers's mission and programs. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for philanthropy and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual fundraising goals and objectives
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
• Coordinate and oversee fundraising events, including logistics, sponsorships, and donor relations
• Create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials to engage donors and increase donations
• Manage donor database and ensure accurate recording of donor information and contributions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fundraising materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
• Conduct research on potential funding sources and grant opportunities
• Prepare grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
• Provide stewardship to donors, including acknowledgments, recognition, and regular communication
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising efforts with overall organizational goals
• Monitor and analyze fundraising results, providing regular reports to the management team
• Stay up-to-date with fundraising best practices and trends to continually improve fundraising efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization
• Proven track record of successful fundraising, including securing donations and grants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using fundraising software and donor management systems
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
