Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. The Curriculum Coordinator will work closely with our curriculum development team to design and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update educational programs that meet the needs of our target audience.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in our current curriculum and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum review and revision process to ensure that all educational programs are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and trainers in implementing the curriculum effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and student feedback.
• Create and maintain training materials and resources for instructors to facilitate the delivery of curriculum.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in education and incorporate them into our curriculum development process.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our organization and its learners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and learning theories.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in technology and instructional design software.
