About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Food Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Food Production Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our company's food products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the production process for our food products, ensuring that all production targets are met
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure that our products meet food safety standards
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary ingredients and materials are available for production
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that they follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production yields and inventory levels
• Continuously look for ways to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the production process
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Implement and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices in the production area

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in food production, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, as needed
