Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement educational programs that align with the institution's goals and objectives
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of educational events, workshops, and seminars
Manage the enrollment process for new students, including conducting interviews and providing information about the institution and its programs
Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and businesses, to promote educational opportunities and partnerships
Track and analyze data related to student performance and program effectiveness to make recommendations for improvement
Communicate regularly with students, faculty, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs
Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in the education field to continuously improve the institution's offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
4+ years of experience in education, preferably in a coordination or leadership role
Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment
