Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success in buying, selling, and leasing properties. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business relationships, and providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide high-quality service and support throughout the buying and selling process
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct property inspections, evaluate market trends, and provide accurate property valuations to clients
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information
• Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as lawyers, appraisers, and contractors, to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Stay informed about local and national real estate market conditions and use this knowledge to advise clients on investment opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker
• Active real estate broker license in Beirut, Lebanon
• Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Proven track record of success in buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using real estate databases and software
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
