Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and other training materials
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Utilize various instructional technologies and tools to develop interactive and multimedia-rich training materials
Conduct needs assessments and evaluate existing training materials to identify areas for improvement
Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of training materials
Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of training materials
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design and incorporate them into training materials
Collaborate with the training team to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of training programs
Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training materials
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or a similar role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies
Proficient in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
Experience working with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content
Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality and error-free training materials
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Knowledge of learning management systems and experience in uploading and managing training materials is a plus
