Position: Growth Equity Investor

Job Description: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Equity Investor to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Equity Investor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities in high-growth companies. You will also be responsible for managing our existing investment portfolio and driving growth and value creation in our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in various industries, with a focus on high-growth sectors such as technology, healthcare, and consumer products.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and management teams to source potential investment opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
• Lead due diligence efforts on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, including projections of revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with senior management and investment partners to structure and negotiate investment terms and agreements.
• Monitor and manage our existing investment portfolio, providing strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of portfolio companies and make recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, continuously evaluating our investment strategies and identifying potential areas for growth and diversification.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building our brand and expanding our network within the investment community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth equity investing, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing investment opportunities in high-growth companies.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with a deep understanding of valuation techniques and financial metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong business acumen and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
