About the Job: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team and utilize their expertise in precision machining to produce high-quality parts for our clients. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints, specifications, and tolerances. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for producing top-notch products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications to determine appropriate machining operations
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances
• Make adjustments and perform maintenance on machines to ensure they are running efficiently
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations
• Use various precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of parts
• Follow all quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision in the production process
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials and supplies for production
• Train and mentor junior machinists and assist with their development

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Proficient in operating CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
• Strong understanding of blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of various cutting tools and their applications
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
