Job Title: Mechanical & Industrial Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical & Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing mechanical and industrial systems to improve our company's production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and industrial engineering, with a proven track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and processes to optimize overall production efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within our production processes.
• Create and implement innovative solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all mechanical and industrial systems are integrated seamlessly with other departments.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the reliability and safety of all mechanical and industrial systems.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical and industrial engineering to continuously improve our processes.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in mechanical and industrial engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with industrial engineering techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
