Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement diplomatic strategies to advance our organization's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, diplomats, and international organizations.
• Represent our organization at international events, conferences, and meetings.
• Conduct research and analysis on global political and economic trends, as well as potential challenges and opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership on matters related to international relations and diplomacy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of diplomatic efforts with overall organizational strategies.
• Monitor and report on political developments and changes in foreign policies that may impact our organization.
• Serve as a spokesperson for our organization, communicating our positions and priorities to the media and the public.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members on diplomatic protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in diplomatic roles, with a focus on international relations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex diplomatic initiatives and negotiations.
• Strong network of contacts within the global diplomatic community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultural and linguistic contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of international affairs, current events, and global political dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
