Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of education programs aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of our target audience. You will work closely with the education team and other departments to ensure the successful execution of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs in line with the organization's mission and goals
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify the educational needs of our target audience
• Collaborate with the education team to design and deliver curriculum, training materials, and resources
• Coordinate logistics for education programs, including scheduling, venue, and equipment
• Manage program budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective delivery of programs
• Promote education programs through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and partnerships
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities, participation, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education setting
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
