Title: E-Learning Content Developer

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Learning Content Developer to join our dynamic team. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive online learning materials that effectively deliver educational content. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to design, develop, and deliver high-quality e-learning courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze course content, learning objectives, and target audience.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses that align with instructional design principles and best practices.
• Develop engaging multimedia elements such as videos, animations, simulations, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to create e-learning modules.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of the e-learning courses.
• Work closely with the instructional design team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to the e-learning content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technologies to continuously improve the quality of the courses.
• Collaborate with the learning management system (LMS) team to upload and test the e-learning courses.
• Provide support to instructors and learners in navigating and using the e-learning courses.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing e-learning content.
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.
• Experience in creating engaging multimedia elements such as videos, animations, simulations, and interactive activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance is a plus.
