Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Data Warehouse Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and management of our company's data warehouse. You will work closely with various departments to gather data requirements, design and implement data models, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and design data models that meet business needs
• Implement and maintain data warehouse processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accurate and consistent data within the warehouse
• Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance issues to ensure optimal functionality
• Create and maintain documentation of data warehouse processes, data models, and data dictionaries
• Work closely with the data analytics team to provide accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis purposes
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and data optimization within the data warehouse
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
• Train and support end-users on data warehouse access and usage
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data warehousing to enhance the company's data management capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing, data management, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data modeling tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
