Job Overview: As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk management plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of these plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, evaluate their potential impact, and develop strategies to minimize their impact on our organization. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in this role as you will be required to analyze large amounts of data and identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to our organization
• Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk management plans and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop solutions
• Analyze data and identify trends to identify potential risks
• Produce reports and presentations to communicate risk management strategies and findings to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact risk management strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and insurance providers
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a risk-aware culture within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Security & Investigations
• 5 experience in risk management or related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g. CRM, ARM) is a plus
