Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

Write efficient, well-documented, and testable code

Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software development processes

Mentor and coach junior software engineers to promote their professional growth

Act as a technical leader and guide the team towards achieving project goals

Participate in project planning and estimation meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, or Python

Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies

Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
