Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging science lessons to students based on the school's curriculum and standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate and learn.
Assess and monitor student progress through various methods such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and skills in science.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement cross-curricular activities and projects.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest developments in the field of science education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field.
Teaching certification or license in Science Education.
Previous teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
Passion for teaching and a strong understanding of pedagogy.
Knowledge of current teaching methods, educational trends, and technology integration in the classroom.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging lessons for students.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
