Position Summary: As a Program Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs within our organization. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Program Development, Nonprofit Management, or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management
• Strong understanding of program development principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing programs
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and experience in grant writing is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
