Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development to identify and create new nicotine flavors for our products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve existing nicotine flavors
Utilize your knowledge of flavor chemistry and sensory analysis to create unique and appealing nicotine flavors
Analyze and evaluate the quality and stability of nicotine flavors through sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis
Conduct experiments and document findings to support the development of new nicotine flavors
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in nicotine flavor technology to ensure our products remain competitive in the market
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients for nicotine flavors
Oversee the production and scale-up of new nicotine flavors, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met
Maintain accurate records of all experiments, formulations, and production processes
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with nicotine and other chemicals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in flavor chemistry, preferably in the tobacco or e-cigarette industry
Strong understanding of flavor compounds and their interactions
Proficient in sensory analysis and instrumental analysis techniques
Experience with scale-up and production of nicotine flavors is preferred
Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for nicotine products
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
