Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropy Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Philanthropy Officer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leading and managing our philanthropic efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase donations, cultivating relationships with donors, and managing fundraising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase donations and achieve fundraising goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Manage donor portfolio, including stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information in the database
• Prepare and present regular reports on fundraising progress to the leadership team
• Stay up-to-date on philanthropic trends and best practices
• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including board members and volunteers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising or philanthropy
• Proven track record of success in securing donations and meeting fundraising goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with donor management software
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
