Position: E-Learning Curriculum Developer

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Learning Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement innovative and engaging e-learning programs for our global audience. This role requires a strong blend of instructional design, technology, and project management skills to create effective and impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design engaging e-learning courses that align with business needs.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and learner-centric course materials, including videos, simulations, quizzes, and activities.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and other materials to guide the production of e-learning content.
• Use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, to develop and publish e-learning courses.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and usability of e-learning courses.
• Analyze and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of e-learning programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning, instructional design, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-learning curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and e-learning development tools and techniques.
• Proficient in using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC compliance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
