Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. The Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with organizational goals and standards.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
• Research and incorporate new instructional strategies and technologies to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Train and support teachers in the implementation of curriculum, providing ongoing professional development as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum implementation, making adjustments as needed to improve student outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support curriculum development and implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in curriculum design and instruction.
• Collaborate with the assessment team to develop and implement effective assessment strategies that align with curriculum goals.
• Analyze data and provide reports on the effectiveness of curriculum and student performance.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers in creating lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design principles and instructional strategies.
• Knowledge of assessment methods and data analysis.
• Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other educational technologies.
