Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify learning objectives and develop a comprehensive cybersecurity curriculum.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques to ensure the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date.
Design and develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, handouts, activities, assessments, and online modules.
Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance the learning experience and cater to different learning styles.
Ensure the curriculum meets industry standards and compliance requirements.
Review and update existing cybersecurity curriculum as needed.
Provide guidance and support to instructors on delivering the curriculum effectively.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the curriculum.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cybersecurity curriculum and attract potential learners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other instructional technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends.
