Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement hands-on environmental education programs for students of various age groups.
Conduct research and gather resources to enhance program materials and activities.
Collaborate with school teachers and community organizations to coordinate and plan educational programs.
Lead groups of students on nature walks, hikes, and other outdoor activities.
Teach students about various environmental topics, such as conservation, sustainability, and biodiversity.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as games, experiments, and presentations, to make learning fun and interactive.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
Maintain program materials and equipment and ensure their proper storage and use.
Assist with the development of educational materials and resources.
Keep up-to-date with current environmental issues and trends to incorporate into programs.
Participate in community outreach events to promote environmental education and awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.
Knowledge of environmental concepts and issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for educating and inspiring others about the environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
