• Manage the day-to-day relationship with outsourcing partners, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Analyze and report on the financial impact of outsourcing initiatives, making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing, incorporating new strategies and technologies into our processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing relationships with outsourcing partners.
