Job Title: Production Supervisor - Cosmetics

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the cosmetics industry. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cosmetics manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of production staff and work closely with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the entire production process, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely completion of orders
• Train, motivate, and manage production staff to meet production targets and maintain a high level of productivity
• Plan and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
• Work closely with the quality control team to identify and resolve any production issues or defects
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of finished products to customers
• Manage inventory levels and monitor raw material and packaging supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Develop and maintain production reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and quality
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to production staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and improving efficiency
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if needed
