Job Description: CasinoKing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Slot Machine Technician to join our team at our Santa Maria, Cape Verde location. As a Slot Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines to ensure their proper functioning. You will also provide technical support to our customers and assist in the installation of new machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with slot machines, such as malfunctions, hardware failures, and software errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to slot machine functionality.
• Install and configure new slot machines according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and order new parts when needed.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Provide technical support to casino staff and customers regarding slot machine operations.
• Train casino staff on basic troubleshooting and maintenance of slot machines.
• Follow all safety and security protocols when working on slot machines.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and new technology in slot machines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Slot Machine Technician, or related field.
• Knowledge of slot machine operations and mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of software used in slot machines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
