Job Title: Executive Coach

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Coach to join our team. As an Executive Coach, you will be responsible for providing leadership development and coaching to executives and senior leaders within organizations. You will work closely with clients to identify their individual goals and challenges, and develop customized coaching strategies to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives and senior leaders to identify their personal and professional goals and challenges
• Conduct in-depth assessments to gain a thorough understanding of each client's strengths and areas for development
• Develop customized coaching plans and strategies to help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and support to clients, utilizing a variety of coaching techniques and tools
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for clients, providing valuable insights and feedback to help them grow and improve as leaders
• Collaborate with other coaches and team members to share best practices and ensure a high standard of coaching is maintained
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to coaching plans as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their leadership journey
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in executive coaching, and incorporate new techniques and tools into coaching strategies as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing senior leaders and executives
• Strong understanding of leadership principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional listening and questioning skills
• Certified Executive Coach (CEC) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
