Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality instructional materials for our company's training programs. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives
• Design and develop instructional materials such as online courses, instructor-led training, multimedia presentations, and job aids
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training programs
• Incorporate interactive elements, simulations, and other activities to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials
• Review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
