Position Overview: Entertainment Hub is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual who has a strong background in manufacturing and production. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to ensuring quality control and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production targets are met and that all processes are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards
• Manage and train production staff, including hiring and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials and supplies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Analyze data and provide reports on production performance and efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry
